President & CEO - Ron Carrier

General Manager - Gary Carrier

As one of the younger family members, I began working here while I was still in high school. During the past 18 years of my tenure, I have worked in the marketing department, sales and finance departments. I am currently working as the company's finance manager, as well as, overseeing other duties. I am happy for the opportunity to serve Window Plus and its customers with the best I have to offer.

Administrative Secretary - Heather

I did not expect to work here very long but, as things turned out I have worked for the company for 12 years. It's not hard to believe that when a company really cares about their customers, they also care about their employees too!! I hope to continue working for Window Plus and the rest of the staff for many years to come.

Events Manager - Diane Carrier

Being part of the family business, as the wife of the company's president, has its rewards and its drawbacks, as you can imagine. Now that our kids are older I am excited to be able to work side by side as the company's show and fair coordinator. It allows me the opportunity to see them grow as working adults. It is fun and exciting to meet and visit with not only our potential customers but hear from our past customers. Their kind words of appreciation is music to my ears. I would like to take this opportunity to say THANK YOU, from the bottom of my heart, it is our pleasure to serve you with your home improvement needs.

I left Window Plus after years of imployment only to come back home again. I say home because that's what it feels like. Leaving for a few years to have my own home improvement company was rewarding: however, I came to realize just how much better I would be if I did not have to wear all the hats. Maybe it was luck, maybe fate, but Window Plus hired me back. Now I can concentrate on one thing, helping home owners with their home improvement needs, while leaving Window Plus to handle the rest. I am very happy to be back.

Not wanting to sound too old, I have been working with Ron well before Window Plus was even thought of. Yea, that' a long time. My sir name may not be Carrier, but I am treated like one of the family. I am the installation manager and I do most all the pre-installation inspections. You can feel very confident in, not only me, but my entire installation department. We are all very well seasoned in our positions and look forward to seeing you soon.

Installation Coordinator - Donnie Carrier

I schedule all the job installations, services, and shop work. You will find me in my office at the back of the shop area. It is my job to watch all the comings and goings of the operation as I am in charge of shopping and receiving, too. Be assured that when you place a call to me, I will get back with you as soon as possible. I am Ron's brother, definitely making me one of the family. I have been employed here since 1991.

Service Technician - Len Carrier

Service is my thing. For many years, I have installed windows, siding and even a few roofs. Construction has been my life. I have used my knowledge to build an oversized three car garage with an apartment over the top of it at my own residence. I am qualified and happy to serve our customers needs. I am Ron's brother and started working at Window Plus the same day Ron became President.
